GLOWSHAPED Store Shipping Policies
All products available at GLOWSHAPED.COM are shipped nationally and internationally, and are EXCLUSIVE and UNIQUE pieces from GLOWSHAPED. From this point on, our sorting and packaging time takes 1 to 5 business days. After that, our delivery takes 10 to 20 business days (on average after the product is posted). Depending on the location, the product is shipped within 10 business days after payment confirmation in our system.
Orders placed via bank slip take 1 to 3 days to confirm payment in our system.
We provide a tracking code so customers can track the delivery progress of their order.
Please note: In certain cases, this delivery time may be extended by a few more business days due to delays, strikes, recesses, periods of high demand at the Post Office, and other situations beyond our control. The store guarantees delivery of the order. We are responsible for refunding the full amount paid for products that are misplaced or lost during the delivery process. All products are shipped with loss insurance and free online tracking, ensuring delivery of your product is 100% guaranteed.

Products will be shipped by post or another carrier. A tracking code will always be provided to allow the customer to track the delivery progress. GLOWSHAPED is committed to providing instructions on how to track their products. The tracking code will be sent to your email as soon as it is available at GLOWSHAPED.
The order tracking code is provided 3 to 9 business days after payment confirmation. It may take 5 to 10 days for the tracking code to begin displaying shipping information on the postal service website.
2. General Conditions (Attention)
2.1. Careful Addressing of Orders
GLOWSHAPED will arrange for the products to be shipped to the address requested by the customer. Therefore, to ensure that there are no issues with the delivery of your order, please be careful when filling out the address where you wish to receive your order.
2.2. Recipient Absent
Please ensure that there will be someone at the address to receive your products. The Brazilian Postal Service makes three delivery attempts. If there is no one at the address to receive the package on any of these attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest post office. In this case, the recipient will need to pick up the package at the post office within 7 calendar days. If the recipient fails to pick up the package, according to Brazilian Postal Service regulations, the package will be returned to the sender, requiring payment of a new shipping fee for resending the product.

All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the Brazilian Postal Service branch where the recipient should pick up their package if they are not at the address, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be tracked on the Brazilian Postal Service website using the tracking code provided by the store.

2.3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
GLOWSHAPED is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete destination addresses for orders placed at the store. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, according to Brazilian Postal Service regulations, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address. If delivery is not made due to a discrepancy in the address provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund. A new shipping fee of R$55 (shipping cost + postal fee) will be required to have the product resent.
2.4. Taxed Products
If any postal dispatch fees are charged (Postal dispatch fees are the amount paid to the Brazilian Postal Service for postal support and administrative support for customs processing. They cover the costs of receiving items, X-ray inspection, storage, collection and remittance of taxes (if applicable), communication with recipients and sender, and return of the package if the recipient fails to pay taxes.
